Abstract:

Firstly, in this thesis, the important functions of the condenser at the condensing set and the new application technology on condenser are introduced. Then, the structure and heat transfer characteristic of the condenser are discussed in detail, and various calculating methods of overall heat transfer coefficient are introduced. The structure parameters and the influence of different factors on the condenser vacuum are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The method and process developing dynamic mathematic model of condenser are discussed in detail, and the dynamic mathematical model of condenser is worked out. The practicability of the model is proved through working out the characteristic curve of condenser variation working-state feature. Finally, the dynamic mathematic model has been put into the simulation-testing platform to test the static simulation precision and dynamic response specific characteristic of the model. This paper strikes up the integrated dynamic mathematical model of the condenser and proves practicability of the model through working out the characteristic curve of variation working-state feature. It is of important and instructive significance to the operation of the condenser and the foundation of its simulation platform.
