The Study of Vibration Measurement Method Based on the CCD Imaging Sensor

Abstract:

Vibration measurement is an essential part of the detecting system to monitor systemstatus and diagnose fault. It has become indispensable in the automation production. Soeffectively measures and analyses various vibrations are practically significant. In this paper,we carry out a vibration measurement system based on CCD imaging sensor. There are aserial of works in which CCD imaging sensors are applied to transform the vibration signalsinto the electric signals, and the datum are collected and sent to the computer by EPP dataacquisition card, then the computer deal with the datum. These works can perform datastorage and real-time analysis in the both frequency spectrum and time-field. A kind ofmethod of FFT was used for processing the CCD measuring signal, at the same time weadopt the ZFFT to zoom in frequency field. By the experiments, it has been proved that thesystem can be satisfied with demands of the performance index and is a kind of quick speedand good precision method of vibration measurement.
